The UDJAN unit is installed alongside your existing boiler. Brown Gas — generated on-site by electrolysis of distilled water — is fed directly into the combustion air supply entering the firebox.
Inside the firebox, Brown Gas burns completely alongside wood, coal, or oil fuel. The hydrogen component catalyses more complete combustion of the primary fuel — reducing unburnt carbon, lowering stack temperature, and visibly reducing exhaust smoke.
A pressure relief valve is integrated into the gas delivery line as a standard safety feature — ensuring any unexpected pressure is vented safely before it reaches the firebox.
